  1. I just purchased this device used and it works perfectly. However I didn't get the original instructions. Does this phone accept more than one phone pairing? If so how do you chose which one will be in use at any one time?

    1. Just set up my wife's Android & my iPhone 6 using the same PIN ... Just had to set the PIN on her Android vs the car's device. Not sure if because it's Android or the second device on the car

  11. Hi, I need to pair up my new phone (I think) with my 2007 E220. I've changed the phone, but kept the sim/number.
I'm about to try it, but I thought the code was to read MBENZ - which I think is 62369.
Do you know what 62872 should read ?
    thanks

  17. I could not get either of my Samsung Galaxy phones to pair using the electronic controls on my CL500. Doing it the way suggested here worked instantly.Shame that manual does not mention this method preferring to do it all on the Command system. Many thanks for the advice and code which worked a charm.

  29. Need to make sure it has a bluetooth "dongle" (someone mentioned they purchased one on ebay for $240 above) - the system is made to accept / use cell phone-specific cradles. You have to either have the specific cradle for your phone (and the phone stays in the cradle while you are driving) or you have to have the bluetooth "dongle" in place of a phone cradle.
